Support shaped by hands-on care

JM Community Support was built through real experience within the disability and aged care sector, supporting individuals with different needs, including children on the autism spectrum, elderly clients, and participants with reduced cognitive function.

One meaningful experience involved supporting a participant who was blind, socially isolated, and recovering from a broken hip. From assisting with the NDIS application process to helping with housing, daily routines, and practical responsibilities, this experience reflects our commitment to providing reliable and personalised support that encourages independence and stability.
